Exploring Jigsaw Writing for Journal Writing (JWJA)

The scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) is obtained through the lecturers’ effort to engage in research. SoTL puts research as belonging a symbiotic relationship. To improve teaching, there should be end product publication journals. So, why aren’t lecturers writing journals? Lack time write lack knowledge process are two main reasons higher institutions not actively for Writing journal article no doubt an academic many have gone postgraduate studies where they submitted thesis form writing. Some even teach students. it still difficult articles This study done introduce interesting way quantitative explores concept jigsaw lecturers. approach team using colours scaffolds. 139 participants participated this one cycle project. At cycle, responded survey that contains items on work. Findings revealed JWJA gave writers springboard planning, team-work; well as, use coloured findings bear implications towards team-writing among academicians. Future could look into how motivate academicians writer papers.
